In regards to sonics, it’s a masterful concoction of fast-paced, upbeat instrumentation and lively vocals, but lyrically, the songs steps forth with an admittance of inevitability and a sense of coming to terms with the beginning of the end. It describes my emotions and thoughts that I have not been able to put words to. Put simply, “Swamp Time!” is a blunt release, capturing the feverish energy of confusion in a way that skips the mind and hits straight to the heart. It speaks to me as if the song was made for me.
